It started with exhaustion. Between deadlines, endless scrolling, and skipping meals, I felt drained—not just in my body but in my mind. One morning, I stood before the mirror and asked, “When was the last time I truly felt healthy?” That moment was a wake-up call. Health isn’t just about looking fit; it’s about living whole mentally, physically, and emotionally. And to achieve that, we must build our lives upon the five core pillars of health.  1.
